Latin is everywhere, Especially in Pop Culture. Shows including Supernatural, Doctor Who, and books/movies including Harry Potter. all have various aspects of Roman culture whether it be using the latin language or depicting Roman lifestyles and culure. But how accurate are these depictions of Roman culture? Are they portrayed correctly, Or do the directors need more to retake high school history courses?

          For my project I am researching how accurate Roman culture is portrayed in Pop Culture. I will research the shows, movies, and books and then research the aspect of Roman culture that the specific Pop Culutre icon is portraying. Then comes judgement day. The findings on the Roman research will be compared to the research done on the shows, and no tiny detail will be safe. How accurate are these Pop Culture icon that portray Roman culture?
